You can find these in the supplement aisles of grocers like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans (I think), etc. Also, check their house brands for inexpensive protein powders at decent quality.

Right, so I can say “I don’t binge” with a straight face because I don’t binge. I do overeat and that’s why I am not the weight I’d like to be. Not all people who are overweight binge. I used to eat too little during the day and come home and binge at night. It’s been years since I was at that place. Just because I used to do something, doesn’t mean I still do. Some people used to binge drink in college and now can have a glass of wine with dinner. It’s crazy to think we grow up and learn and change.

Pilates is a very concise core/abdominal workout. It’s often done en Thursdays and it’s considered a well-deserved rest from the cardio-vascular activity. It helps to tone your core muscles and resembles the abs exercise, only that with this you have to hold for a little while longer. It is true that abs are made in the kitchen, but this combined with eating right gave me a flat stomach I haven’t had since highschool
