Anyway, my question is, do you have to eat ALL of the servings? You said, “I was in the 1,200-1,499 calorie range and was supposed to eat 3 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 4 servings of protein, 2 servings of carbs, 1 serving of healthy fats, 1 serving of seeds/dressing and 2 teaspoons of oil/nut butter per day.” Would it hurt not to eat some of those servings?

I found it less-than-exciting, but that really may have something to do with the sort of lackluster trainer.

At any rate, don’t just take our word for it! The last thing I want to do is jam this program down your throat or strike any chords. When the Flex detected I was running, it was able to record the amount of time I was active, the calories I’ve burned, and the number of steps I had taken along the way. It didn’t try to estimate my distance though, which was disappointing. Even though it would have been a ballpark value, it’s another statistic that would have been nice to use to compare my weekly and daily progress. There’s obviously no way to see your stats while in the middle of an activity, so if you’re goal is to stay moving for specific distances, you’ll have to look elsewhere.

One thing I did notice after going through the activation process. If walkiing and you press the button on the side, your step meter might seem like it froze for a minute. It hasn’t. The only thing I can think of it is that it probably takes a second or two to sense you are walking. It does update how many steps you had taken. That’s the only thing I’ve noticed that seemed off. Other than that, if you want see and track your progress, the wristband can do it all.

I bought a Flex 2 October 13. The Flex 2 seemed to work fine for the first 30 days. Then I noticed the battery was running down very fast. I switch back and forth between my HR Charge. One day I noticed my water workouts were not listed on the Log page for 4 days. It seemed to only track when I had the Charge on. I restarted the Flex 2. It seemed to work for a few days tracking on the Log page. I then removed it from my phone and tried to “Pare” it thinking that might do something. Could not “Pare” it. Texted with Fitbit for 3 hours and did everything they said and it still did not “Pare”. I ended up taking it back for a refund. And yes, I did the Apple update on my phone and did the Fitbit App update. I am really disappointed in Fitbit. I had always been able to use my original Flex in the pool for swimming, water aerobics and finning, so I just recharged it and put it back on. It tracks great in the water. Good luck everybody.

Each workout is tried, tested, and proven to deliver results. I bought the 21day fix program but have not started doing it yet. I have been searching a lot online to see how I can use this program and still be able to eat the food that is prepared at home. I am 5’3″ and currently weigh close to 180 lbs. Need to lose atleast 50-55 lbs. I am 47 years old, a type II Diabetic and mostly if not always eat South Indian Vegetarian food. It will be great if I get guidance to how I can use the boxes to make this plan work for me and I am sure many more in a similar situation.
I am on day 3 of the program, and I am so full i can hardly eat anymore. My question is this, do I HAVE to eat everything it tells me to? I double checked and Im filling my containers correctly, the right number of times, and drinking a ton of water. I have eaten nothing that is not on the list from the guide, being extra careful there. I have never been a big eater, yet.. here i am 30lbs overweight. I’m all healthy according to my doctor, sooo, it has to be WHAT im eating and how much at the end of the day, right? I have never eaten breakfast, rarely eat lunch, and never snack during the day. literally I eat supper and have some snacks in the evening.(that has stopped:)) I do believe my body is very angry with me HA! But, Im forcing food in my belly and it makes me nauseous, and soooo tired! Is this normal? or is it just my years of AWFUL eating habits kicking my butt?
