As for the other meals, you can switch around the order in which you eat those meals, but all of those containers in each meal need to STAY TOGETHER! They’re created that way for a reason. Try modifying the Fixate recipes to fit your meal plan instead.
Don’t worry…we’re still sweating it out! Cardio Flow is today’s workout and Autumn is continuing her trend of challenging us. Here’s the good news: we’re only doing 4 reps of each move. The “bad” news? We’re doing 8 sets in 45 minutes! But, with only 4 reps it should go by really fast.

I've always loved beachbody. I went to reorder chalean xtreme but its no longer available to purchase. Found it on demand and am so happy. Its chill enough that it doesnt effect my head (chronic migra...ines). I combine it with a turbo jam and modify it for my head as well. Its a slow slow process losing weight when you have a chronic disease but having this has always helped me. My food choices have to be switched slowly too but again the ondemand has helped with that as well. Down only a few pounds in what i would say was a long period but super happy with myself. Hi Emily, Finishing all of your containers would not ruin your results, but it is always try to when you first start out and then make adjustments if you must. While all of the containers are important, if you need to drop one it would be the yellow container first, then purple, I’ve never had anyone have to go past these two. You can also try doing partial containers too. The two most important in my mind are the orange and tsps, these are the healthy fats and you always want to make sure you get those in.

To that same vain, I'm SO surprised how far I've come in the past 2 years of my health & fitness journey. Eating white carbs used to send me into a major binge spiral or I'd be guilt tripping myself for weeks and eat less food / over exercise to "make up for it". And NONE of that BS has been standing in my way. I feel more liberated than ever and THAT is a total game changer.
