For a burger, it does suggest dicing up the cooked meat and shoving it in, but you can always guesstimate a burger that is roughly the size of your palm. The good news is that with time, you will be able to eyeball portions more easily, which is what the Fix is all about. MENU I just started Phase 2. I've really been enjoying these workouts. I agree that they can be a bit long in the first week of each Phase, but after the first week she moves a long much quicker and moving... to 3 sets of 10 definitely helps with that. I've done several Beach Body programs including 21 Day Fix Extreme and Body Beast. I saw great results with both. I preferred Body Beast because it was was more weight focused. I prefer to get my cardio through rowing because it's low impact. By the end of Phase 1 of this program, I was using much heavier weights. I even bought the bowflex all-in-one in order to really push myself. I think you get out of this workout what you put into it but it's not for everyone. I don't do the eating plan because I also do a few rowing classes during the week. I've done a modified WW program for years and it serves me well. See More

I’ve done a few of the 80-Day Obsession workouts, but I just can’t do the 80 day commitment, especially for the length of the workouts 😕. With homeschooling, a toddler and my business, my days are too unpredictable and crazy!! But I’ve liked what I’ve done!! I agree with you on Autumn’s personality 😉. Another thing that really bothers me is her lack of clothing, and the lack of clothing of her cast. It makes me feel uncomfortable if my kids or husband are watching! My favorite BB instructor is Jericho from Core de Force actually, because she’s so relatable, and she wears clothes!! (PS, that’s a great program, especially if you like cardio!) Congratulations on finishing! That’s a huge accomplishment!!

53 used today Yes. The containers do look small! Just remember, when you receive your kit, you will calculate your target caloric level and corresponding meal plan. Based on that meal plan, you will fill the containers multiple times a day and eat several portions of certain containers. Once you start preparing your meals, you'll see how much food you actually get. You may feel as though you won’t be able to finish all your food at times, but you should for maximum results.

Hi Debbie, The purpose of this plan is to get you away from measuring your food. You use the containers, you do not count grams. As far as tomato sauce and soup, it would depend upon the ingredietns, the fix wants you eating whole foods so you would need to add the ingredients to the containers. Bethany

Female Transformations My calorie target is 1800 -2009, I’m finding that the allotted amount of food is more than I can eat comfortably. I’m concerned if I’m eating less calories will I lose weight. 5 Veggies,, 5 proteins, 3 fruits, carbs, 4, etc.

Fitness Guides and progress trackers I was anorexic and needed to gain weight, so I wanted to do it nutritionally and healthily. I started out with the 21 Day Fix, and now I have the On Demand. Purchasing was easy and everything was self-explanatory. The only problem I had was that Beachbody is catered for weight loss, so they don't really explain to you if you want to maintain your current weight, or that if you want to gain weight, you should take many more calories than what their mass comes out to be. I had to Google that I should be eating a 15-20% higher amount of calories than what they're saying as maintenance.
