This program is unique in a couple of ways. We’ll talk about how it is unique below. One of the biggest ways that it is unique is that it’s only available via Beachbody On Demand. It will be releasing on the specified start date and then everyone can tune in to follow along with the program and workouts.

Beachbody still has some growing up to do. It’s widely known that Beachbody is considered to be in its adolescence phase of business. Being in this phase offers many challenges, but at the same time many opportunities for success. It’s important for existing workers and potential candidates to understand that this point in a company’s life cycle might not be for everybody. You need to understand that there will be challenges. Without a doubt I have all the faith in our management team to get us to the next level of Beachbody’s evolution.
It's good for any fitness level, and meets you exactly where you're at. If you're a beginner, you can sample lots of programs to find your “soul mate” workout, and if you're in shape but stuck in a plateau you can push yourself with advanced programs like Insanity: The Asylum.

It’s geared toward people who are new to clean eating but also great for those that have been at it for a while and reached a plateau or those that need/want the accountability and encouragement from a health coach!
21 day fix includes an Eating plan book explaining in detail how color coded containers system works and in the end you’ll find some recipes. There are no 100% gluten free recipes. But there are some where the only ingredient with gluten is olive oil, which you easily substitute.
If you're feeling overwhelmed or lost or unsure of where to even start with things then yes, I would recommend this detox. It does all the thinking for you and you don't have to worry about what to do. If you just need a little boost in the right direction, then I would recommend the 3 Day Refresh Detox. I do feel like anyone could get very similar results trying a natural detox on their own though, but with that would come some research and thinking and well, we all hate thinking most of the time. I'm including myself in that last statement.
