It really depends on your current fitness level! Some of my challengers have hopped right into 80 Day Obsession without completing all 3 programs. My suggestion would be to try A Little Obsessed and see how you feel. If it’s too much, complete 21 Day Fix first and go from there! Just be sure to listen to how she explains the moves when she first introduces them and watch her demonstration, because there are a lot of background people in the workout videos who are not in sync.  You could become a little confused about whom to watch with many of them performing the moves in slightly different ways based on their fitness level and ability. While I can tell you that they played a huge role in getting me through this program, I'm not asking for blind trust on this one.
