I have a question I’m not sure if you’ll be able to help me with in regards to a good meal schedule. I work night shift (7pm-7am) on the nights I work my meal schedule tends to change. Although I would like to believe I could eat dinner before I came to work and not eat again until breakfast I’m not sure if thats very realistic- at least right now. Any tips/suggestions on a good schedule for the nights I work?

Hey! I definitely think you should consider bumping up to B or even C for the remainder of the program. I think your body is sending you a message that you need more food. If you want those gains – then eat up! For reference, Autumn eats out of Plan C.

September 30, 2015 at 11:00 am While it’s important to recalculate your calories for Phase 2, you don’t want to change plans too often. You have to give them time to work, and you have to stick to the plan 100% before deciding that it’s not working for you. People make the mistake of changing brackets every few days because they don’t see results fast enough. They’re also cheating the plan by not following it to a T. Trust the process and give it time!

Order this product from ad on PBS. They continually charge you after cancelling & product never sent. Final Business Response Right, the workout blocks shouldn’t be messed with. As for the other meals, you can switch around the order in which you eat those meals, but all of those containers in each meal need to STAY TOGETHER! They’re created that way for a reason. Try modifying the Fixate recipes to fit your meal plan instead.

Purchasing was easy and everything was self-explanatory. The only problem I had was that Beachbody is catered for weight loss, so they don't really explain to you if you want to maintain your current weight, or that if you want to gain weight, you should take many more calories than what their mass comes out to be. I had to Google that I should be eating a 15-20% higher amount of calories than what they're saying as maintenance.

While the last 3 options is probably where you’ll spend most of your time with, the By Type option is a great place to start if you’re not really sure which workout you want yet. Under the By Type category, you have the following options:

Hi Janice, Everyones weight typically fluctuates 1-5 pounds a day, so I would not let that concern you. You should be weighing yourself once a week max, at this same time of day, and under the same conditions to be the most accurate. Could you do your workouts before you go to your job? Bethany

My 80 Day Obsession Journey: The Halfway Mark // An Honest Review As someone that goes to the gym 5 days a week, I feel for those that strongly believe that the gym just isn’t for them. Whether it be because of the large crowds or not really knowing what to do while you’re there, the motivation just isn’t there for you.
Hi Darcie, $7.99 Prime When catching a cold, the best thing to do while on an exercise routine, is to stop for a day or two, get your strength back, allowing the body to fight this state fully rested. Then you can start where you previously stopped, or maybe do an exercise here and there waiting for next Monday, and start the same week once again. (this would be ideal)

What about what Beachbody offers to its employees? There is a program called the Awesome Manager, which can be life changing. This program does not mess around.
