Real World The 21 Day Fix customer support is truly awful. I have tried to find a coach to help with meal planning, counting containers, etc. and it is nearly impossible to get connect with a live human being who can help you. I’ve done the live chat as well as called customer service and have been told there isn’t help for meal planning, etc. I find this system very complicated. Instead of counting calories and I am counting containers.
Write a review Hi all! I’m 29 and about 20lbs over my ideal weight. Currently weighing at 146lbs. I’m on day 3 of the 21 Day Fix and oh man… am I ever sore!! I wasn’t very active prior to this, so it will take some getting used to! Quick question, I caught a cold (yikes!) and I want to make sure it doesn’t get worse, but I also don’t want to quit the workouts to get better. I just feel like I’m suffering a bit more than I should with the sneezy, runny nose, headaches and good lord, do the workouts make me feel nauseous afterwards (even with the modifiers!). Should I keep on going or give it a few days of rest to get over the cold?
