Vega One I have never been made to feel so helpless, violated and at the mercy of a company who reuse my debit card details to take money, over and over again. I don't expect to have to constantly monitor my account after cancelling an agreement over the phone within the cooling off period. My bank is investigating this and I will be taking this further because as far as I'm concerned, Beachbody - despite its reputation in the fitness industry - are not to be trusted when it comes to their underhanded method of taking payments from people.

So the first thing you want to think about is how long do you need to find out if the program is for you. The other thing is, are you ok with being charge right away which the 12 and 6 month program do, or after 14 days which when selecting the 3 month program.
Fix Tips I’m a week into the 21 Day Fix and I actually gained a pound. I like the containers, they’re easy enough to manage and they definitely let you feel full. With all of the reviews saying how quickly everyone lost weight I’m just a little confused. I follow the meal plan exactly, no shortcuts. I’ve done the full work out everyday. Yet I gained a pound? Is there something I’m missing here? Since it’s only been a week, I’ll certainly finish the program because a week isn’t exactly long enough to make an informed decision but I’m just a little discouraged considering I haven’t cheated at all.

I like simple moves anyone can understand..maybe it’s my A.D.D., but is this 21 day fix easier to understand? I have Turbofire still, need to sell it, started to watch 1 video, and it was NOT going to happen..sad really. Also, are you saying we can only use the containers ONCE a day, which would mean only 6 grams of protein per day? Or..do we use them at each meal? The one you want to select is located on the bottom right of this Team Beachbody page (see the image below.) I'm halfway through Phase 3, and was a little worried in Phase 1 because I thought it might be a bit too simple. Phases 2 and 3 changed my mind. The workouts ARE different between phases, and the reps and execution of the workouts are different within phases (e.g., sometimes you do 2 sets of 15, sometimes 3 sets of 10, sometimes you change the order, etc.). You truly do not do the same workout twice, and interestingly, it really does make a difference. The nutrition is key. It will require attention and diligence, and you can't expect to exercise your way out of bad nutrition choices, but they can't make the program any clearer.

The only thing I am concerned about is what if I cannot finish the allotted amount of food I am supposed to eat for the day? (You mention that this was a concern of others in your review above.) Would this ruin my results? I know it is most important to have the veggies and protein–correct me if I am wrong. The cable should extend to the side, not directly in front of you. Tighten your abs and slowly turn your torso away from the cable anchor. Hold briefly before returning to starting position. After one set of 8-12 reps, face the opposition direction and repeat.
Hi Kathryn, The 21 Day Fix is sounds like an excellent program for. While you do a lot of walking the workouts will be a totally different kind of exercise for your body. But, what I really love of about the Fix is the diet. It teaches healthy eating habits that you can use for a lifetime not just for when you are following the program’s workouts. Bethany
I would love the answer to this question -I notice some of the recipes: Buffalo Turkey Balls, Healthy Glazed Meat Loaf, Red Lentil Patties “Vospov Kufta, Red Lentil Patties “Vospov Kufta”‘ Crock Pot Stuffed Enchilada Peppers, do not have container count or how many servings equal containers. I see recepies on Pinterest but am new to the program so wonder how you figure in the containers if it’s not listed.

And have fun with the workout :) This is a great mat. Those who have done Beachbody videos (i.e. T25) will know this is a short mat, as it's designed for the core. I waited a long time for this to be sold.
