Original review: April 1, 2018 Kathryn April 11, 2015 - 4:59 pm The eating plan is super easy to follow — especially if you’re already eating healthy and fine with eating simple meals. There are plenty of recipes out there if you want to get creative but I found that keeping things simple made it easier to make sure I was eating the right size portions. We grilled out a lot and I steamed, grilled or roasted lots of veggies. I’d make extra so I had plenty for lunches throughout the week. I also ate a lot of salads and made a few simple recipes like this tempeh and kale.

I don’t miss it at all and have no desire to start eating it again. I do follow a strict diet of very little dairy, no salt, I use Stevia for sugar, not much bread, only a few slices a week. I eat a lot of veggies, both raw and cooked in olive oil and seasonings. You would think with that kind of diet, I would be fit, but I am about 30 lbs overweight. I thought 21 day fix might work for me. My question, how do I adjust my food intake since I don’t eat meat? I do eat eggs everyday so that is some protein. Can I add more veggies or beans/lentils? I was eating oatmeal everyday but was advised to stop that to cut the carbs. If I keep going like this, there will not be much left to eat, lol. Any advice?
Day 5: I didn’t work out. We were busy today, and I had to get some errands done, so I didn’t workout in the morning. I thought maybe I’d get to it later in the day, but I always think that’s going to happen, and it doesn’t.
Hi Kerrie, There is no maintenance protocol per say, but it does tell you haw to calculate the level needed to maintain. Yes, you can follow the diet as a vegetarian no problem, you would count lentils and beans as reds instead of yellow is the only adjustment. Bethany

While in the check out process, they bombarded me with a disgusting amount of up selling, frustrating me to no end. So with 1 tab left in the checkout procedure, (the order confirmation), I closed the window and did not complete the order. A few hours later, I received an email congratulating me on my order. I promptly went online to find a customer service phone number, but instead, ending up taking to online chat help. The CR told me that I can't cancel my order. Despite I hadn't finished the order process, I had completed enough to constitute an order, and if I didn't want the product, I would have to wait until I received it, and then apply for a return authorization, and then PAY AGAIN to have it shipped back, because even if my order is refunded, I am still responsible for shipping and handling both ways. So let's review: For an order I never completed, and yet tried to cancel, I get to pay FedEx about $30. Super!

Push the weights straight up, and slowly lower back down. Start with light weights, doing 16-20 reps until you perfect your form. Go heavier slowly, so you can't do more than 8-12 reps. Aim for three sets, resting 30-90 seconds between sets.

If however it serves as an annoyance, just follow the principles of healthy eating outlined in the guide (more times per day, smaller portions, balanced amount of protein, carbs, healthy fats etc.) and you will still get amazing results.

1-16 of 306 results for Beachbody I started the base program and I’m in the calorie range of 1,500 -1,799 and around 64+ ounces of water per day. I actually moved down from the 1,800 – 2,099 range due to it being too much for me to eat within a day. I am finding the calorie range is still too much for me to eat in a day, and I end up with roughly 2 red and 2 green containers left to eat for the day. I’m just wondering if this is normal? Before I started this system, I was eating very unhealthy and way over 2,099 calories in a day and drinking lots of sugary soda. I would like to lose 80-100 pounds, at what point is not enough calories?

To that same vain, I'm SO surprised how far I've come in the past 2 years of my health & fitness journey. Eating white carbs used to send me into a major binge spiral or I'd be guilt tripping myself for weeks and eat less food / over exercise to "make up for it". And NONE of that BS has been standing in my way. I feel more liberated than ever and THAT is a total game changer.
Lost about 30 lbs after 3-4 cycles. Just had a baby almost 4 months ago so I'm looking forward to losing all that extra weight.
