Also beans are a large source of protein, but they are also carbohydrates. And nuts are protein, but also fats. My “dairy” products are not dairy based, but soy or nut based.

I still have 2 payments of $19.95 to go. Once received I went through the reviews and spoke with a few friends who has ordered and returned their order so I decided to return mine. Per the return instructions all you had to do was call in to receive the RAF # - XXXXXXXX. I rewrapped the item and took it to UPS. I was charged $35.74. Now, This company charged me $12.95 for shipping and handling. Why is my cost to ship and handle $35.74? I want my money back and I want the difference between their shipping and mine. Hi! I’m thinking about purchasing this. It has a 30 day money back guarantee so why not right? I’m 5’0, at around 123-125lbs. I’ve already lost about 80 lbs & my weight has just been fluctuating a lot while trying to lose the last 10-15lbs. My weight is always fluctuating from 125-150 and I can’t seem to get a routine going to stay down at 125. I am looking to lose about 15 pounds at this time but I’m at a loss on how to do so, seems like I’ve tried it all! I always gain weight when I work out because my body/thyroid is “over worked”. I like the idea that it’s only a half hour workout, which makes me think I could do it. I don’t know if you know anything about thyroid issues or not but if you do and have advice I would love to hear your feedback.
