Think I will update the post with a few examples but for now a typical breakfast could be something like 2 whole eggs scrambled with spinach and a side of steel cut oatmeal. For lunch a giant salad with lots of veggies, a lean protein like chicken or turkey, and an olive oil based dressing. There is nothing crazy in the meal plan, just lots of whole foods in the proper amounts to get all your macronutrient needs while trying to limit overly processed foods(which we all should be trying to avoid). Sorry, I have to respectfully disagree with Dana. Even as a vegan getting enough protein isn’t hard. As a vegetarian, it’s even easier and there’s never a need to include non-vegetarian substitutes like seafood.

A Polar belt is a chest strap that you wear to track your heart rate. It syncs with a specific watch to show you your heart rate and how many calories you’re burning. Hope this info helps! 🙂

The fact is that a Greek Yogurt of 170 grams contains 17 grams of protein for only 0.7 grams of Total fat. So your logic makes total sense for me. Regular yogurt doesn’t contain so much protein but includes more fat.
Get familiar with the Beachbody Portion-Control Containers. If you did your Meal Plan calculation yesterday, then you know how many times you’ll fill each container every day. Now you can begin to plan the various meals you’ll eat around your Workout Block and throughout the day. I highly recommend keeping it simple, especially when you’re just getting started! Think single-ingredient foods, like broccoli, chicken, bananas, etc. Don’t try to go crazy planning elaborate recipes, because you might not get the right container equivalents. Then you won’t see results. As we get further into the program I’ll talk more about recipes.
