1. Insanity: Insanity is purely cardio and intense! However, it’s the best fat burning workout program available on the Member’s Library. There’s no equipment required. A jump mat is recommended because of all the jumping you’ll be doing. Insanity is not recommended for those with knee problems.

YOGA FIX Just one advice for all of you who are thinking about trying 21 Day Fix- it’s not easy. But it doesn’t suppose to be. This is a workout program that requires of you to work your butt off. Do that and you will have AMAZING results.

Shakes also have their color containers information so you can keep track of your 21 day fix diet. I prefer to use a shake for one of the meals, instead of shakes to replace all the main 3 meals. This way you don’t feel constantly hungry. If you prefer to do a full meal replacement diet I would recommend you to prepare your own shakes by adding fiber or vegetables, yogurt and healthy fat. The shakes replace one of your meals or a snack. So a shake is usually 1 red container (because meal replacement shakes contain protein), if you add fruit or vegetables considering counting a purple or green container. Let’s say you have a breakfast of 2 hard boiled eggs (which is equal to 1 red container), and you replace this breakfast for a meal replacement shake equal to 1 red container. You would replace the 2 hard boiled eggs for one meal replacement shake, keeping the same red container but the meal replacement shake will make you feel full for longer has contain more fibers and nutrients. Definitely recommend this place !!!! The 80 Day Obsession eating plans are based on the concept of timed-nutrition. Timed-nutrition is simply eating the right foods (especially incorporating protein and carbs) at the right times to help you fuel your workouts, build muscle, and recover from workouts while keeping your metabolism and energy levels high. Over the course of the day, our bodies fluctuate between breaking down muscle and building it back up. Timing your nutrition can help ensure your muscles have the protein they need during those building-up phases. YAY SCIENCE!!
