I have lost over 13 inches but no weight. I haven’t measured or weighed in 10 Days so I’m not sure if i have lost more. That takes a little getting used to because I use to weigh everyday and have a private freak out session when the numbers aren’t moving. I suffer from 5 autoimmune diseases and once a month I have a 2 day IVig treatment that takes me out of the workouts for those days but I don’t hesitate to get back on the train. The diet is easy for me in terms as the food you eat, but eating as much as I have to is hard and I have to force myself. In this 41 days, I went on vacay to Maui for 14 days and stayed true to my diet and didn’t miss a workout! I am only posting because I want to say if I can do this,anyone can!
