So, how does this work if you want to eat something like a slice of birthday cake, or a casserole of some type? I made chili today, and will be making tuna casserole next week. Is it very difficult to fit things like this into the system. I am cooking for a family, so this is important to me.

I really love wraps. I just wasn’t sure if they would count for 1 or 2 servings of carbs. They are called flat out.
The funny thing is that I was never ridiculed or ostracized for being unathletic, I was never overweight, and I don’t have emotional scars from being picked last for teams. At some point around 5th grade when we started playing official team sports, I simply decided that I wasn’t strong, athletic, coordinated, or good at that stuff, so I put limits on myself by accepting my story! I did band, jazz band, and scholastic bowl as my extra-curricular activities. The other kids saw me as the “good student” or teacher's pet, and that was the label I was comfortable with, because I knew what to do to make my parents and teachers happy. I felt like a success!
