Hi Kerrie, There is no maintenance protocol per say, but it does tell you haw to calculate the level needed to maintain. Yes, you can follow the diet as a vegetarian no problem, you would count lentils and beans as reds instead of yellow is the only adjustment. Bethany

Amazing article! 21 Day Fix is my most favorite workout program from Beachbody.
Extras For pecs that beg to go shirtless, start with a bench press. Lie back, with your feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at chest level. Push the weights straight up, and slowly lower back down. Start with light weights, doing 16-20 reps until you perfect your form. Go heavier slowly, so you can't do more than 8-12 reps. Aim for three sets, resting 30-90 seconds between sets.

Beachbody Video 31 friends Unlike my Facebook friends, I did not post my before and after results. I did this for ME, not for the Facebook likes. It feels great when I post pictures of myself and people ask me what I did. Or when they see me in person and tell me how amazing I look. That is when I brag about it. But personally, it is not my style to go out of my way and show people my results. I find my ‘before' pictures embarrassing. But I still want people to know it can work for them, which is why I decided to write about it.

For example: I changed the way I made my salads. Mine were actually still unhealthy and causing me to maintain the same weight. I actually ended up eating more NOW than I did with other diets. This is because I learned how to properly metabolize my body with the RIGHT food.

Hi Bethany – I decided to start juicing fresh veggies (mainly) and fruits 5 mos ago for breakfast and lunch while eating clean for dinner. I lost 30lbs within 3 months without exercise. I want to lose another 20 lbs but I seem to have plateaued as I haven’t lost or gained any weight since then. Do you think that the 21day fix will help me lose those last 20 lbs? Would I be able to incorporate fresh juice in this diet?
