I opted to not use the Shakeology drinks. I much rather eat my meals than drink them. I'd be able to handle drinking shakes for a few days, but not for 21 days. Also, the Shakeology would've been an added expense and was not included in the reset kit.

7 July 2017 Hello! A few people i know are doing this which got me looking into it. I think a lot of people have trouble with portion control (myself included) but I think I generally have a decent grasp on what’s healthy and what’s not. I currently follow a mostly gluten free diet and i do crossfit 5x a week with usually 1/2 hr extra lifting/small workouts as well. Whatever your opinion on crossfit, i’m just wondering if you think this plan would work out for me if I follow the food but don’t follow the workouts and just stick with what i do now? I think my biggest problem area is my stomach, I would say that I’m mostly muscle everywhere else, but there’s always somewhere where we can lose, right! Thank you for your opinon and advice, I appreciate it!
