I am thinking of ordering the 21 day fix to help with everything!! Working out has never been much of a problem for me but eating has ALWAYS been difficult, so the meal plan is what I am most interested in. I don’t enjoy cooking at all, therefore I don’t really know how to properly season anything! Does the 21 Day Fix include 21 breakfasts, 21 lunches and 21 dinners, and the ingredients for all? You can also sign up to get a beach body coach but the only thing I would keep in mind is that they make money off selling you beach body products. I lost all of my weight and did not spend 160 a month on protein shakes. That’s a pair of coach shoes people. I did feel a little pressured because I did not want to buy the shakes.
