EQUIPMENT REVIEW: I Hate You iFit…? I do not need a refund or exchange but I do need my ticket to be transferred to her so she can attend Summit.
My #1 goal with this program was NOT weight loss. Which means I did not follow the weight loss meal plan. I chose the maintenance plan which I had NEVER done before. It actually freaked me out at first to eat that much food!!! Much to my surprise– it worked!! I am gaining muscle, my booty is lifting!! I feel stronger and leaner and I know I am fueling up with the right foods!! I love the timed nutrition and the workout blocks. It’s been really interested that tweaking my nutrition and changing up my workouts can produce such dramatic results. I can say that I was a believe in Autumn’s programs before and now I’m just absolutely head over heels about it!

I just recently decided to get back into working out, and this program was suggested to me. I’d heard about it before but didn’t realize just how simple it sounded. I did three weeks of Insanity a few years ago, but I couldn’t get down eating right, and I HATE counting calories. This program sounds great to me, plus my husband has been saying for six years now that he was going to lose weight, but never does. He weighs 300 lbs and this program is actually intriguing to him. I have a few questions. How many times a day are you supposed to eat on this plan? Is it three meals and maybe a light snack? I have a hard time eating more than two times a day so I want to know how much we’re supposed to eat in a day. I know some programs want you to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Also, my husband eats a lot. He only eats once or twice a day, but he eats in big portions. How easy or hard is it going to be for him to start feeling full on this plan?

Earlene says Here is an honest review from someone who is not a beach body coach. I really like having access to all of the beach body programs. I did 21 day fix and lost 14 lbs. I did it twice to loose all that weight. 8 the first round and 6 the next. You have to do the eating program with it which you can find everything you ever wanted to know about 21 day fix on pinterest. Some people like shakeology but it is super expensive and I found a low carb protein bar that was cheaper and taste great. They are the quest brand and I usually get them from Amazon. You can also sign up to get a beach body coach but the only thing I would keep in mind is that they make money off selling you beach body products. I lost all of my weight and did not spend 160 a month on protein shakes. That’s a pair of coach shoes people. I did feel a little pressured because I did not want to buy the shakes. Overall it has changed the way I eat and I feel better and feel way more confident. I love that instead of buying another 70 program that I may not like I can try one out before I go onto my next challenge. I hope this helps anyone who was thinking about trying it out. BTW I am 41 and was still able to pull of a decent amount of weight in 2 months.

One other question… I also have PiYo but only got through the first Align workout before 21 day Fix arrived. I decided to start that one first. Then I saw your amazing review on PiYo! I like both instructors. Would you recommend one program over the other, or what would you do if you had them both?
Still tired and hungry today. I also just didn't feel good. I have a sore throat and feel feverish. I don't know if I'm trying to fight something off or what. I went through the program with no real problems. Just felt more hungry.

Week 3 this mat is super thick and feels similar to memory foam, the kind that you can press your hand down onto and see a slight imprint, but the hand print quickly disappears. So, perhaps a resilient mat ;) Honestly, I have a Manduka yoga professional mat, which I adore, however, it is quite thin and didn't offer the support or cushioning needed for let's say 8 count abs on beach body or 80 day obsession core work,etc. This mat is exactly what I wanted, a mat that is soft, thick, and provides a lot of cushioning...I have a bony body and was getting bruised whenever doing core work using a regular yoga mat, so it has been pretty nice having the extra support. The only thing about this mat is, it feels like a half size mat as it is half the size of my yoga mat. However, I am thinking this is due to the mat being more suited for core work and not really yoga. All in all, this is a great quality mat. I am happy with this purchase, regardless of it being a tad bit shorter than I would have liked, but at the end of the day, the pros outweigh the one slight con, so I still rated this with 5 stars

Safari 10.8 (Mountain Lion) – Safari 6.2.3 Weekly My daughter is my Beachbody coach. I'm into it because I’m over 50 now and because of my knees and my lower back. There was a point when I could hardly walk. I was able to walk when I started those exercises, but if I sit too long I had to wait a few minutes then I can walk. You can’t sit down. You gotta get moving. Stretching is good. And all those exercises, the 21-Day modified helped me a lot, including with my asthma.
