240 Pins I lost around 100 lbs with weight watchers. It’s a great program, but the downside of the point system is that you can eat whatever you want, as long as you don’t go over. I have only been doing 21 day fix for 4 days, but am using the cize dvds instead because I won’t exercise if I don’t enjoy what I am doing. I am down 4.2 lbs. I started at 169. As a diabetic, it’s nice not to have to count calories or points. I have to deal with carbs/sugars/proteins enough so it’s one less thing I have to worry about. I like the visual aspect of using the containers.

According to Beachbody, the program requires participants to adhere to a demanding set of guidelines involving an “obsessive focus on fitness and nutrition.” Like what? California
That’s right, it’s leg day again. This one’s about 50 minutes long and uses weights, Beachbody Strength Slides, and an optional mat and chair for 2 sets of 15 reps.
I started this program (the extreme version) but never finished. I did it for about a week & a half. I was not a fan of working out I found with my hectic lifestyle hard to get everything portioned out for the day in a timely fashion and I had a hard time with eating it all too (a lot of days it could not) but that being said it does work. I lost 10 lbs in that time frame & I was only 150 lbs at the time. I wanted to lose 20 lbs so had I kept going & by what I lost the first half of the program I would have lost all 20 lbs so I guess it must have to do with body types & metabolisms too or the work out for the extreme version burns way more. It kind of shocked me to read you only lost 5 lbs during the whole program following it to a tee where as I half arsed it for only 10 days & lost double. Just wanted to let readers know it really does work. Also I did not do the 3 day jump start.

Hi Janice, Everyones weight typically fluctuates 1-5 pounds a day, so I would not let that concern you. You should be weighing yourself once a week max, at this same time of day, and under the same conditions to be the most accurate. Could you do your workouts before you go to your job? Bethany

Make Me Your Coach If you are doing the 80 day obsession, these bands are a must. I bought a different set of cheaper bands and I wasn’t getting the resistance so I decided to pay a little extra and I am so glad I did. The 9 inch adds resistance and to me the bands have more resistance in general. If you are really tall or slightly heavier, might want to go with 12 inch. I am 5’6 and weigh 150lbs and the 9 inch work great! Take my advice and pay the extra money!!
