I purchased Beach-body on amazon but not able to log-in to beach-body. Its frustrating and annoying. I want to cancel this subscription but not able to.
Also, I am wondering about how long I should wait to do another round of the program? Currently my target calorie intake is 1575. Should I recalculate as I lose weight to make sure that I am still in the same calorie intake bracket??
As all the other Beachbody products, 21 Day Fix is a home workout DVD program (if you bought it, you can now stream it anytime, anywhere with Beachbody On Demand) that is designed to get you into shape. What is interesting about 21 Day Fix, is the fact that it contains a nutrition program in the package as well.
As an alternative to the Swiss Ball Hyperextension, try this exercise to target your lower back. Most gyms have a dedicated machine for it, but, in the event yours doesn’t, here’s how to do it: Lie facedown on a hyperextension bench. Lean forward until you’re bent at a 90-degree angle—keeping your back straight the entire time—and return. That’s one rep. For increased resistance, grab a weighted plate. (You may see super-fit guys and gals pulling these moves off with 45-pound plates. To start, stick with a 10-pound one. You mitigate the risk on painful lower-back injury that way.)

Hi Bethany ~ I’m on day 5 of the 21 day fix – Woo! I haven’t exercised nor dieted for years, but have plenty of experience! Right now I’m simply focusing on completing the 1st 21 day round and my current goal is to be able to do the full modification exercises by day 21. One thing to consider is that I wouldn’t suggest the philosophy of 21 Day Fix longterm for anyone who already has a handle on their eating habits. Living your life eating out of a coloured container seems terribly restricting unless you’re Autumn and need to in order to well…wear bikini’s for the camera. If you know how to eat well and understand that bacon is NOT real food, you will graduate from 21 Day Fix very quickly. If this is you, yet you still need a program that lasts only 30 minutes a day then I suggest starting with a more advanced program like P90X3 or one of my favorites, Focus T25.

That’s right, it’s leg day again. This one’s about 50 minutes long and uses weights, Beachbody Strength Slides, and an optional mat and chair for 2 sets of 15 reps. Coach Tip: Take some time to recognize the efforts of someone in your group! It's a great way to make someone feel good, but it also encourages everyone else to stay consistent with the program through the homestretch.
