Hi, I loved your honest review. I have turbo fire and really didn’t like it. It was super fast and hard to keep up. The moves were crazy lol. Now that being said. I’m going on a cruise in September 6th. I would like to tone up my legs and thighs. Would T25 be better or the fix? I don’t have much time to decide. I’m already into healthy eating. Hi Dina, Beginners 3,5, and 8’s. Or, if you are a little stronger 5, 8, and 12’s. I don’t find the workouts boring per say, more of a comparison to some of the other workouts from trainers I have done. And, you have to remember the Fix is a 7-day a week program so a few of the workouts need to be lower intensity to give the body time to recover. The best time to workout is when you can put your most into the workouts, there is no set best time. I would experiment with your workout times and try to find a time that works best for you and stick with it. Bethany

Record whatever I eat as points in my tracker. It comes out close or sometimes less than, my daily points for the day. I did 2 cycles because I was trying to jump start my WW loss. I also got off track one of the weeks and don’t really know what went wrong, but I love the exercises, the modifier when needed, because Kat is a real person and not some person modifying because that’s their job for the day. I thought the containers, esp. The green, were small, but after filling them, I usually end up with too much. There are many days I do not get in my 4 vegetable servings or I will do 2 vegetable instead of a starch or carb side, which has really helped me. Point is, you can use WW with this, they can and do, work together.
