INSANITY COLLECTION Ursula on October 13, 2015 9:52 pm Hi, my question is if I take my weight of 121 x 11= 1331 + 400= 1731 then I think I saw you – 750 which would = 981 calories a day but they say round up to 1200 if you are below 1200… My fear is eating all those containers will make gain weight.. I’m not a big eater, I usually only eat a boneless skinless chicken breast and maybe a veggie early evening, nothing else during the day… If I do crave a carb it’s brown rice with breast instead of veggie,, So at this point I don’t even take in the 981 calories.. You think I should not mess with the containers and just do the DVD’s since I want to gain more muscle and not weight. So what is 21 Day Fix like to watch?  As with any modern Beachbody workout, the production values are over the top awesome.  The music is naturally canned but the volume is a bit softer so it shouldn’t vibrate in your head.  Autumn is a trainer that won’t grate on your nerves and despite the intellectual stereotypes that may come with a bikini model, she is intelligent, well spoken and very knowledgeable about her craft.  Beachbody would do well to have her continue to make more videos in the future. I was surprised at how many calories this program said I should consume. I know that it is way too many and I will be stuffed.
