Entries RSS Everyday Carry I have a few things against me..I am a flight attendant and traveling international makes it hard to carry certain foods in and out of the country. My hours vary and can be long with minimal sleep. Plus I have two auto immune diseases that tend to make me more tired than I used to be. They affect my muscles and joints,but I try to ignore that and keep moving. Is this something that I could possibly do and see results. I am actually a healthy eater and cutting red meats, pork, and chicken out of my diet because they promote inflammation. Do you think I can manage this with all my issues?
Is it possible to move/swap containers from one meal to another on the same day? I noticed that many 80 Day approved meals on Fixate don’t fit perfectly into any one meal bracket for me (plan B). I assume that the workout block shouldn’t be messed with but was wondering about the other meals. Thanks!
Licenses: So the first thing you want to think about is how long do you need to find out if the program is for you. The other thing is, are you ok with being charge right away which the 12 and 6 month program do, or after 14 days which when selecting the 3 month program.

I am doing the 21 day fix. In the space of less than a week I have lost 3 lbs. I am overweight due to a brain injury from being hit by a car. What I have found that after 2and 1/2 years out from my accident My headaches have been steady but my mental capacity has recovered some and I did pick up a lot of weight from not being able to workout due to frequent headaches. But I knew I needed structure and guidance In my workouts if I was ever going to be able to lose this extra weight. Not only does 21 day fix give me that guidance and structure, it has helped me realize that my brain injury doesn’t have to stop me from getting intense workouts!! It’s challenging but my brain seems to be ok with it!!:))

Although, since it’s made of 90% whey pure protein isolate the other 10% of the ingredient may contain lactose. Also contains enzymes to help with the digestion and of the enzymes is Lactose. So, it contains a some Lactose but for some lactose intolerant persons can be too much and for others might be ok. Opinion L.A. Perfect! And another question. I am already about 4 days into the 21 day fix. I’m following the eating plan, and I even work out for an hour a day, and I haven’t lost any weight. Am I doing something wrong/should I change something?

Greek Yogurt (Red) kay August 10, 2015 - 4:41 am I am trying to start the 21 Day Fix. I have my package. I am trying to make up a menu but am having trouble. The booklet says my calorie content should be 2100-2300 but I cannot find any examples at this (or close to this) calorie level. They’re all for much lower. I am a Team Beachbody club member but the menu planner doesn’t seem to work well with 21 Day Fix. Do you know of any websites, etc. with menus for my level?
