Hey! Sorry for the late response, hopefully you’ve figured it out. There are plenty of examples in the meal plan. As long as you eat your workout block meals at the right time, and eat all your other meals every 2-3hrs you’ll be good to go. There are a few timing examples in the 80DO guide!

For example: I am a 28 year old, 5’1″, 172lb female with no physical activity. Based on the Mayo clinic’s calculator, my recommended caloric intake is 1550 – what you would call starvation. It isn’t unless I am engaging in moderate-heavy physical activity on a regular basis would it be healthy for me to intake over 2000 calories. And I’m not running any marathons right now…

I have tried many Beachbody programs and can vouch for the results which are guaranteed if you follow the program to the T. I already knew the results of the 21-day fix would be anything but ordinary. When I received my package in the mail, I was delighted to see that there were a total of 7 workouts and a bonus abs workout that ran up to ten minutes, something extra for those who really want to lose belly fat.
ABOUT ME 0:44 Heather's Dish I agree 100%. There is nothing wrong with the products. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Do not ever order any products directly through the beach body website. The same products are available through Amazon for significantly lower prices along with free shipping. When I brought this to the attention of customer service with beach body, I had to deal with trying to get them to honour the same price as Amazon which they were not willing to do. I finally got them to reimburse the shipping cost and was told I would not be charged a second payment on my credit card. I was told this would definitely not happen, only to see another fee charged to my credit card this month. Total scam! No customer service is provided. Only up selling and taking advantage of customers. I will never buy products through the beach body website again. I would not give this review five stars. I would only give it one star. The bad service is something you get to be reminded of every time you use the products that you payed triple the amount of money for.

21 Day Fix can really help with more muscle definition and losing extra weight. But here is the thing… The way I see it, you have a great routine going on. Extra workout doesn’t always mean better results. The body needs time to relax and recuperate as well. That being said, here is my take:

This includes interesting spins on classic moves that are not always the easiest to do, like the one-arm row in plank position…who knew they could be so tough. But one of the most challenging for me was the side plank leg raises….yikes!!! These moves are designed to hit your muscles from head to toe. As you can see from the picture above, each move has a modifier (Kat, in the blue shirt) so you can start off easier and progress or jump right in with Autumn with weights or even use a resistance band.

For a workout to be effective, you need to do it often enough for your heart, lungs, and muscles to adapt. However, if you jump from one program top the next, you will burn calories, but you might never do a workout often enough to reap the fitness benefits on offer.

You would think that a high-profile Beachbody trainer, given the unique opportunity to provide the longest live-format workout program on the Beachbody On Demand platform, would take this task seriously. Quite the contrary: she laughs and jokes with the cast and crew so often that she forgets what move she is on and what rep number she is on in every video. There are so many times throughout the entire program that she is giggling so much about stupid inside jokes with her cast and crew, that she messes up the pacing of the workout and inserts an inappropriate laugh break into the video.
Here we go PHASE 2! Try calf raises as well (series of slow repetitions)- you will need as much of the leg muscles as you can manage to use.
