For example, when I cancelled the Vitamin orders and wanted to return the bottle, I was instructed to send it back and get a tracking number to be sure that you will receive the bottle back. But there was no mention of calling you back to provide that tracking number. Hence, I just waited and waited for the refund. And I was surprised once more when I was continued to be charged after returning the bottle already. I called again and another customer representative asked me for the tracking number. He told me that I needed to call back to give the tracking number. Nobody mentioned that to me before!!! 2.  Why is this so different from anything else you’ve created:  This is the first time I truly get to use progression and periodization (2 components of workout programing that are critical to great results).  There are 3 phases in 80 D.O. each phase builds off each other.  There are 80 DIFFERENT WORKOUTS!  That means you are never going to get board, and you are going to stay off of that fitness plateau that often happens after doing the same workouts over and over again. If you're trying to lose weight, you need to cut calories, but there are some foods you will want to eat more of. Filling up on a salad first at lunch or dinner can help you eat less during the rest of the meal. Being well hydrated is so important to your energy levels and endurance. Dehydration can make you feel tired, rundown, or even hungry. If you want a good source of hydration during your workouts, you might try Beachbody Performance Hydrate. An injury put me out of commission for a year, but it seems better now. I hate, hate, hate to cook. I can burn boiling water. I work at 6AM and can’t cook fancy breakfast @5AM. I can be very happy with salads and fruits, I can’t eat beans and nuts, sadly. My spouse usually makes dinner ( meat for protein etc.), but I’m fairly certain those dinners would not be fit-approved.
