Hi Liz, I have not had any complaints about the workouts being to easy, but I do recommend it for beginners or people coming off an extended layoff in the review, so that could be a reason. You can always return the program if you find it to easy. Bethany

I won't bother again! Pitiful waste of time!! Can I use reconstituted lemon or lime juice on the 21 day fix program? Hi Emma, It is way to early to be making adjustments. Just keep with it and follow the program and you will get results. Our body weights can fluctuate 1-5 pounds a day. I actually don’t recommend weighing yourself more than once a week. Bethany

Saying muscle is “leaner” than fat is also incorrect. Fat is the antonym of lean. It is like saying black is less white than white. What should be said is that muscle is DENSER than fat so losing a pound of fat and gaining a pound of muscle will make you shrink.
