Autumn has each move timed instead of merely doing a certain number of reps. And it’s crunches baby. Now you might ask what’s the difference between this and any other workout…a crunch is a crunch right? Let’s take P90X Ab Ripper as an example. Many moves are somewhat complex and hard for a complete nube. X2 is even worse for complexity and X3 I found to be not that difficult. This workout manages to make the moves attainable by someone of below average fitness and yet it can still pulverize someone who does Asylum on a regular basis.
These bands are smaller and better quality than the ones I had previously purchased. If you are large, these bands will be too small for your legs so you will want to get the bigger ones!
I’m 39 and in pretty good shape, most people would look at me and think “why does she want to lose weight??”. But I’m not toned at this point and that’s what I would like to see change. I’m pretty petite and with clothes on no one would think I would need to get in shape. But I’ve had 5 kids and my body really isn’t toned like I said(I can hide it well with clothes). My other reason for thinking about this program is that I am getting older and want to be truly healthy, not just fit, if that makes sense. I struggled with high blood pressure with my last pregnancy, and my family has high blood pressure issues, so I want to nix that before it starts.

I am used to doing more of the Shaun T programs and am a little worried about only two cardio days in 80 day Obsession. I see how you have gotten amazing results. Am I overthinking cardio results??

Are the shakes lactose and gluten free? I have celiac and am lactose free. Other than almonds I also avoid nuts including peanut butter.

its actually common sense that you call back for to provide shipping label for the agent to check if it has been shipped back to the company, once they verified that product was returned then they can process refund… you are not the only customer they are dealing with so how will they know if you dont inform the company???? duh!!!

In the first week, I gained 1 lb vs. average 3 lb. loss per week with mixed Jillian Michaels DVDs and a general healthy diet. I lost several inches and was much stronger, but I've been through enough to know that with the muscle tone I already had, this wasn't good enough. I eventually nixed the diet, which had me eating 500-800 more calories than I usually did, replaced the workouts I hated (if you hate a workout, it's hard to do your best and you're much more likely to peter out).
So far I'm fine with the actual fitness programs. However, their customer service is entirely lacking. There is nothing online in the member area that you can access to see billing or account information. I had to suffer through 10 minutes on the telephone just to find out where I was in the cycle and to upgrade to annual. Sorry, but that's bull.

Cindi April 10, 2015 - 1:44 pm Ugh-big weight loss pet peeve. Muscle does NOT weigh less that fat. I wish people would STOP saying that. A pound is a pound, weather it’s feathers, bricks, potatoes, fat, or muscle. The difference is that muscle is LEANER than fat, so 140 lbs of muscle will fit into those jeans better than 140 lbs of fat..
Unlike my Facebook friends, I did not post my before and after results. I did this for ME, not for the Facebook likes. It feels great when I post pictures of myself and people ask me what I did. Or when they see me in person and tell me how amazing I look. That is when I brag about it. But personally, it is not my style to go out of my way and show people my results. I find my ‘before' pictures embarrassing. But I still want people to know it can work for them, which is why I decided to write about it.

This means that when you fill one up, it is just one serving of that particular food. I hope that helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions :)

2 hardboiled eggs is one 1 red container, so 1 boiled egg is 1/2 red container. Two rounds of 15 motions that alternate from abs, arms ( curls, rows, flyes ) and the backside. Sorry to say, I really didn’t like this set of workouts at all. It’s a little of everything and a lot of nothing. Plus using those sliders and bands just add complexity where some imagination could discard them entirely.

Getting Started / Nutrition Weights – Light, medium, and heavy. You’ll notice Autumn and the cast using weights that are anywhere from 5 pounds all the way up to 40+ pounds. Don’t worry if you’re not that strong or don’t have enough weights yet. Start with a set of light, medium, and heavy weights based on your current fitness level. You want to choose a weight that challenges you for each exercise, but it’s important to keep proper form. You can always add more as you get more fit. Autumn will tell you what weight she’s using for each exercise, so you can go lighter or heavier depending on your strength.
