Day 50: Cardio Flow This is worth the try, esp for anyone who has hit a plateau. That was me. I am on my final 20 lbs to lose. I did the program a few months ago and lost very little weight, but I know I gained muscle and lost inches! The proof is in the clothes and what people are saying (and the measuring tape) I waited about a month. This seemed to be key for me. I kept my food habits clean so as not to gain any fat. I am doing another round of it and am steadily dropping the lbs!! Don’t give up or be discouraged. Eventually I believe you will see a turnaround if you don’t give up. This really should become a lifestyle and not a one time diet. You will really feel better. IMHO

Among them is Carl Daikeler who is the CEO of Beachbody and I would assume is in relatively good shape from what I have seen in the past. Hi I just ordered the 21 day fix. I used just their colored coded containers…how many sets would I need for a typical day? Rough guess. I was thinking of purchasing extra sets. Hi Michelle, I think what you are referring to as team members is the challenge groups that are done. Which are a group of people doing the program together in a group setting via a social media site or app for support and accountability. My groups begin on the first Monday of each month, if you order through a link on this site, I will become your coach and invite you to one mine.

I’m deciding if this is right for my family. We eat out a lot, so how could I portion control that. When I do cook, many dishes are asian dishes. Do I measure each ingredient first? And what about the seasonings or sauces that I add to the dish? How do I measure that? I also cook stews, pot roast, and dishes like that?

I’d consider doing it if it cost $60, but it’s a bit expensive for me. (and as a healthy 44 year old woman, I’m not buying that it’s an investment that will save me $$$ on future medical bills I’m sure to incur if I don’t take action today….) I know several coaches and I can see that’s it’s a great, ;proven lifestyle changer, though! :-)
The ticket that I had purchased was $145, and since the transfer page specifically stated that the success started promotion ticket and team leader promotion tickets are the only ones that are non-transferable, it was confirmed for me that I could indeed transfer my ticket. Crystal June 29, 2015 - 10:30 pm Hi Karen, I would definitely consult with your physician about what calorie amounts you should be taking as there are a few variables that go into play. When breastfeeding, women burn an additional 500 calories each day. If you’re not looking to lose weight, you would need to make this up in food. In addition, are you trying to maintain your current weight? If so, then you would need to add in the correct amount of calories each day, so adding in your 21DF workouts wouldn’t cause you to lose anything. And yes, you can incorporate the workouts into your training schedule – I would just recommend sticking to the weight-training based ones and skip out on the more cardio-based workouts. Is it possible to order just the videos? Overall Tips: Yet, when you absolutely need a break from a hard move, she moves on so quickly that you have to pause the video to grab appropriate equipment for the next move. Her pacing is nonsensical. There is no rhythm of sets with defined breaks. No, it’s laugh breaks or no breaks at all. It’s a waste of time.
