First impressions?  I like Autumn as a trainer for one basic reason: she comes off as authentic.  I’ll admit, that was my main worry before starting this program.  Why?  Ok, there’s no way for me to say this without sounding like a chauvinist so I’m just going to come out with it…many female trainers in workout videos come off as a bit hyper-cheerleaderish and constantly smiling like a mannequin.   Thankfully Autumn avoids that pitfall.
