The Kids: After all the fighting yesterday, I got the some new Megaformers and legos. I set one child up at their kid table (I have a small learning corner I set up you can see here), and the other on the floor with the Megaformers. I have found these keep them entertained the longest, for the most days. Legos are still a bit difficult for them, so I end up building with those. The Megaformers are easier to put together, and they love it. This really did wonders to keep them occupied! The baby on the other hand was not happy. He kept wanting to take the Megaformers and legos. He was growling in his baby talk at his brothers, then crying at me. So annoying. I held him, tried to give him snacks and nursed him, but nothing was right. That’s where things get really hard if you have three. You finally get two happy, and there is the wild card of the other one. I made it through about 15 minutes of the cardio, and told myself I’d try to get to it again later. I never did.

Jun 18, 2018 Hi Kerrie, There is no maintenance protocol per say, but it does tell you haw to calculate the level needed to maintain. Yes, you can follow the diet as a vegetarian no problem, you would count lentils and beans as reds instead of yellow is the only adjustment. Bethany

The trainer responsible for the portion-controlled eating and the shorter, approachable workouts of the 21 Day Fix is Autumn Calabrese. This mother-of-one and fitness competition competitor brings her own unique style to the table. After experience with trainers from Shaun T to Tony to Leandro to Sagi, Autumn is calmer and always reassuring, she is like your bff offering words of encouragement. She’s not in your face, which some will love, but I like a bit more of drill sergeant type trainer when lifting. I have had the opportunity to meet Autumn at a book signing in person, and I can say she is exactly the same as in her workout programs…one of the nicest and most encouraging people I have ever met.

ChaLEAN Extreme® The Eternal Beach-Body Workout Plan Performance Line I just ordered the 21 Day Fix; however, I’m older (57) and extremely overweight (260 lb) so I have a hard time exercising. I ordered CIZE but will need to slowly work up to getting in the entire 30 minutes. Since I’m older and not active I can’t imagine I’ll lose weight eating the 2300 calorie program. Would it be okay for me to go down one or two calorie levels?

Check out the Phase 2 Calorie Calculation in your Starter Guide—it’s a little different than it was in Phase 1. Good news is you might be getting more food! You need that fuel for your workouts.
