How would you describe the pace of work at Beachbody? Hi Kim, In my opinion coconut sugar is not a good alternative to table sugar, it is very similar. It contains about the same amount of fructose gram for gram. Nuts and seeds should be unsalted, avoid salt whenever possible. Frozen vegetables are fine. Bethany

21 Day Fix Workout Program with 7 piece P… Original review-I came to Alameda Beach Body in February because I needed to do something about my health, specifically my weight. Summer talked with me to figure out what was best for me and I started the workouts and followed meal plans. This has been the most amazing experience! Hi, I have questions regarding the food. I do not eat meat, or at least I haven’t for the last 2 years. I don’t miss it at all and have no desire to start eating it again. I do follow a strict diet of very little dairy, no salt, I use Stevia for sugar, not much bread, only a few slices a week. I eat a lot of veggies, both raw and cooked in olive oil and seasonings. You would think with that kind of diet, I would be fit, but I am about 30 lbs overweight. I thought 21 day fix might work for me. My question, how do I adjust my food intake since I don’t eat meat? I do eat eggs everyday so that is some protein. Can I add more veggies or beans/lentils? I was eating oatmeal everyday but was advised to stop that to cut the carbs. If I keep going like this, there will not be much left to eat, lol. Any advice?

A Little Obsessed: Back on Beachbody On Demand Right, the workout blocks shouldn’t be messed with. As for the other meals, you can switch around the order in which you eat those meals, but all of those containers in each meal need to STAY TOGETHER! They’re created that way for a reason. Try modifying the Fixate recipes to fit your meal plan instead.
