Basically, your daily calorie intake will tell you how many of each color container you can eat per day. It’s better than calorie counting, because if it fits and it’s an approved food, you can eat it.
I did P90 years back and almost finished it. It felt good. Then, as I was sitting in mid-life crisis, I decided I should start working out again. I got the Beachbody On Demand and I had to buy one product that was a pre-workout thing. I tried one of them but I'm not a big believer in supplements. It didn't help me and it wasn't worth the money. It cost $50 and it wasn't that big of a pump for that amount. So I only do protein shakes right now. But I renewed my membership and I still workout every day with the Beachbody On Demand. I love the program. I like how I could stream all of the workouts and take so many different options. It's great and convenient. I could do everything from home and it's cheaper than a gym membership.
I purchased the 21 DF this morning. I would like to know if it would help with mid section weight gain due to menopause? PS you look phenomenal!! First, define your goals. Weight loss is a fine goal, but what else do you hope to achieve? Do you want to feel better, have a smaller waist, get stronger, and have more stamina to keep up with your kids? Write your goals down; we’ll revisit them in a few weeks.

Seriously, life is too short to worry about some laughter in a workout video. I did my reps and moved on. I don't think I'll repeat the 80 days a second time, but overall it was a pretty good experience for me to get back on road to recovery from a stress fracture.

Hi Barb, in my opinion, you can have oatmeal, slow digesting carbs are fine especially if you are working out. Cutting sugar, white flour, and salt would be better than cutting whole grain carbs.
