You were recommending the 21day fix…but you have not addressed my questions on May 31. I am the same person you answered on May 28. I don’t know how many different/extra workouts there are…you just mentioned that the kit you purchased included the Plyo fix workout. Any info you can tell me on either (T-25 or 21 day fix) would be helpful. Looking to do the best I can for my health on very limited funds. Thank you for taking time to help me.

Here’s the good news: we’re only doing 4 reps of each move. The “bad” news? We’re doing 8 sets in 45 minutes! But, with only 4 reps it should go by really fast.

My main concern is that in our family of 7 (my husband and I, and our kids ages 12-3), is it realistic to do this? I’m not so concerned with watching the portions so closely for my kids who are super active, but what kind of family friendly recipes are there that my kids would like to eat? We don’t do a whole lot of processed foods, besides crackers (pb and crackers, cheese and crackers are big snack items for us). I don’t want to have to make separate meals for me, and my family.

Hi Candace, I do not have any experience with the refresh, so I can’t really help with that one. And yes, it is good for people with lots of weight to lose or a little. · June 4, 2018 I LOVED the workouts! I would buy the plan just for these. Every day you’re doing something different — from weights to cardio to pilates and Autumn is really inspiring and motiving. The workouts are only 30 minutes so the time goes by quickly. I was always sweaty afterwards and found myself sore the next day as well. That’s one big difference between the 21 Day Fix and T25. I was consistently sore with the Fix workouts and never sore with T25. I know being sore isn’t the ultimate goal of a workout but it felt good knowing that I was challenging myself and gaining strength.

I know sometimes it’s hard to get away from the points system when you’re really used to it, but I think you’d like the simplicity of the workout program’s diet, since really, it’s the highlight of the program. You can decide if you want to go back to the WW’s point system after the three weeks, but I would give it a try first, see how much you lose in those 21 days and go from there.
So biggest changes I experienced while doing the 21 Day Fix (by the way I did it VERY strictly for 3, 21 day cycles in a row):

If you feel hungry, just add more veggies in the evening or more protein for your main meals. It is really the opposite of what this program says, but don’t focus on counting calories. It’s way easier like that.
