I would also like to mention that this program doesn’t even work for weight loss or visible toning. I was in an accountability group on Facebook with hundreds of other people doing 80 Day Obsession. We were not even told how the structure of the program would help with weight loss by the coaches in the group. We were all just told to “trust the process,” over and over and over. Dozens of women who followed the program and nutrition to a T (at 100% compliance, with no cheating, like I did) were frustrated for TWO MONTHS (mind you, this is a 3-month program) by actual weight GAIN and no change in clothing fit. It was then that we were told that we would “shred” in month 3. What a joke. Phase 3 doesn’t even make you break a sweat. I sweated more doing Insanity’s first workout than any 80 Day Obsession video, including the phase 3 videos.

I did have concern that Autumn’s “co-stars” were going to be the victims of a Janet Jackson level wardrobe malfunction. Rather than dwell in ignorance I pulled Mrs. Parrot aside and asked how breasts and spandex can co-exist in such a precarious balance between good and evil. She just cuffed me upside the head and told me not to even think of writing that in my review. I guess that means by the time you read this, I’m already in the doghouse.

If you ordered insanity because you wanted to have a rocking body by 90 days then you know nothing about the human anatomy. You won’t have abs if you had a beer belly. It takes a while. This is why there is a message at the bottom letting us know that results may differ. I don’t sell it, I don’t drink the shake I just use the workouts because I need guidance and a plan.

Sophie Realized She Has a GLORIOUS Body That Can FEEL Amazing & DO Amazing Things! I’m deciding between 21 day fix and PiYo. I think I have decided upon starting with the 21 day fix and continuing the meal plan and moving onto PiYo. I do have a question about the Shakeology. I am wheat, dairy, and soy free so I use an option (made by Rainbow Light). Is this an option of would it be better, at least for the 21 days to just forgo the shake option altogether?

I feel bad for my future daughter These bands are smaller and better quality than the ones I had previously purchased. If you are large, these bands will be too small for your legs so you will want to get the bigger ones!
I’ve done a few of the 80-Day Obsession workouts, but I just can’t do the 80 day commitment, especially for the length of the workouts 😕. With homeschooling, a toddler and my business, my days are too unpredictable and crazy!! But I’ve liked what I’ve done!! I agree with you on Autumn’s personality 😉. Another thing that really bothers me is her lack of clothing, and the lack of clothing of her cast. It makes me feel uncomfortable if my kids or husband are watching! My favorite BB instructor is Jericho from Core de Force actually, because she’s so relatable, and she wears clothes!! (PS, that’s a great program, especially if you like cardio!) Congratulations on finishing! That’s a huge accomplishment!!

Be sute to consult with your doctor before beginning any program.
