If you're feeling overwhelmed or lost or unsure of where to even start with things then yes, I would recommend this detox. It does all the thinking for you and you don't have to worry about what to do. If you just need a little boost in the right direction, then I would recommend the 3 Day Refresh Detox. I do feel like anyone could get very similar results trying a natural detox on their own though, but with that would come some research and thinking and well, we all hate thinking most of the time. I know sometimes it’s hard to get away from the points system when you’re really used to it, but I think you’d like the simplicity of the workout program’s diet, since really, it’s the highlight of the program. You can decide if you want to go back to the WW’s point system after the three weeks, but I would give it a try first, see how much you lose in those 21 days and go from there.

Sometimes when we start eating healthy foods, it is harder to get all the calories in because they’re more filling. I saw the results of Beachbody to my cousin and I wanted to try it. I ordered the Beachbody On Demand and the purchasing experience was good. I did it online and it was easy. I use the product almost every day and it's really good. I’ve used the PiYo and 21 Day Fix, but I really like the PiYo. And I seem to keep going back to that. However, I didn’t have the app ‘cause I didn’t have enough storage on my phone. So, some days, I couldn’t get them to load just using my Wi-Fi. But Beachbody’s a good program and there are lots of workouts. I really like it.

I am on day 2 of the Fix and The food part is going great but the workout are where I’m falling short. Even with the low intensity modifications I still get really winded because I have asthma and am just out of shape in general. Its like every 10 minutes I have to sit down and breathe or take my inhaler and it seems counterproductive. Would it be possible for me to just walk for a little while instead of the dvds until I can lose some weight and get my asthma under control again? I never had issues working out with my asthma until after I had my kids and gained weight so I know the weight is what’s holding me back. Would it compromise the program if I just walked for 45 minutes to an hour everyday? I plan to do multiple round of the program and make it my lifestyle and eventually I’ll be able to do the regular workouts with no problem but for now I just can’t. I did get the ok from my doctor to do the program but she advised me to see if there was a less intense option available such as walking or swimming if the workouts were too much. I never thought at 21 years old I would have such little energy to do a simple arm workout, hopefully this program is my key to getting back in shape!
