Bethany Lyn August 19, 2015 - 9:19 pm Diet Plans Chemical Today's schedule was a little discombobulated because we had the MS Walk this morning/afternoon and then spent time hanging with our MS team afterwards. I had breakfast around 6:00am, but we didn't get home until around 4:00pm. Needless to say I was starving by the time we got home! So my reset schedule got thrown off. I still did everything I was supposed to, it was just severely delayed. I didn't have dinner until after 11:00pm.

That’s where you cook a few things in advance so they’re ready to eat during the week when you’re busiest. I like to plan my meals and grocery shop on Saturday, then use Sunday as my meal prep day. I’m not so concerned with watching the portions so closely for my kids who are super active, but what kind of family friendly recipes are there that my kids would like to eat? We don’t do a whole lot of processed foods, besides crackers (pb and crackers, cheese and crackers are big snack items for us). I don’t want to have to make separate meals for me, and my family.
