Hi, I’am a 48 year old women who has a history of heart problems. I have had 4 open heart surgeries for the most part I’am pretty healthy and pretty much on track with healthy eating, exercising, and drinking water throughout the day everyday (gallon+.) I’am looking to get rid of belly fat, and toning up, and not really looking to lose alot of weight (although I know I’ll lose some) do you think this program would work for me.
