Speaking of hard workouts, an unfocused, clownish trainer is NOT the personality type you need when doing compound movements with weights, where an injury is a big risk. There are infinite tips that an experienced trainer can give you regarding form for each move. Well, instead of helping you with form to prevent injury, Autumn is laughing up a storm and asking a crew member to pick up her dumbbell for her. Yeah, really motivating.

Advertise With Us I am a 57 yr old grandma who had a fusion of my L4-L5 disc on August 25,2017. I had a huge cyst in my spine that was caused by my disc rubbing and forming the cyst. I am a runner/road biker and the ...last time i attempted any exercise before surgery was Nov 2016 when i ran 2 triathlons and a Ragnar back to back. After completing those dreams my left leg was numb with crazy weakness in my left leg and tremendous pain! I was forced to address a 5 yr attempt to ignore the inevitable. I got very scared and was convinced i would never comeback from this. Yes, i even feared the surgery wouldn’t work and or i would die. (Drama) i gave up about April 2017 and quickly gained 40 lbs. Post surgery, I have NO pain in my back shooting through my leg to my big toe anymore. I decided to start 80DO and I am on day 41. It’s amazing how strong I have become. I have lost over 13 inches but no weight. I haven’t measured or weighed in 10 Days so I’m not sure if i have lost more. That takes a little getting used to because I use to weigh everyday and have a private freak out session when the numbers aren’t moving. I suffer from 5 autoimmune diseases and once a month I have a 2 day IVig treatment that takes me out of the workouts for those days but I don’t hesitate to get back on the train. The diet is easy for me in terms as the food you eat, but eating as much as I have to is hard and I have to force myself. In this 41 days, I went on vacay to Maui for 14 days and stayed true to my diet and didn’t miss a workout! I am only posting because I want to say if I can do this,anyone can!
