I have not been perfect on he eating plan but have only missed 2 days of working out. I did not weigh myself again until the 21st day. I found that I had ended up only loosing .5 lbs overall but lost inches and feel stronger. I did not do the 3 day Quick Fix. I am bummed that I did not lose more weight but have been reading things of why I didn’t.
