Not Included But Necessary The download is a little difficult and complex. First one has to download onto a laptop with windows 7 or above per Amazon. Which is sad. I have a laptop and have not used it for years. Had to find it and prayed it had windows 7 or above. Second the instructions or lack thereof direction to install and work is dubious to say the very least. Quick phone chat with beachbody and help from thier reps explaining I did not have to download to laptop is great. With detailed instructions from rep we have success to download on ipads, apple tv, iphone and whatever other device. Note. Apple tv will not provide workout program schedule but ipad will. Note 2. Create an account with beachbody first before you download this BOD from amazon. This will help extensively in linking license. Will be streaming a workout tomm and update.

You have several options there, it’s recommended to replace one or two meals a day with a shake. My personal recommendation, based on my experience, is to replace one meal (breakfast) for a meal shake. It’s the first look at the set and cast. We have the requisite team of demonstrators which also include one brave lady who is a bit overweight to serve as the modifier and two guys in the back to fill the testosterone quota.
Of course, this wouldn’t be entirely fair, seeing as how the last half of the program is more difficult, but by then, I’ll also be in better shape.

I am a server which obviously burns calories but also I ride my bike to work which is about 6 miles each way. How do I take that into consideration when I calculate my calorie plan in the beginning. I dont want to be to weak to exercise or obviously work.

Can you define “light dumbbells”? I’m used to Jillian Michaels workouts and she is very clear to say grab a pair of 3 pound weights or 5 pound weights. How are you supposed to know if you’re pushing hard enough without knowing how heavy of weights to use? What do you recommend and what do you think is most popular? I’m leaning towards 3 pounds but is that too light?
