I disagree with Slavko…I believe that eating every two hours like the program suggests is what has my metabolism working at a high rate all day. There’s also an option to do “doubles” where you do one workout in the morning and evening. Having been a gym person in the past, it’s difficult forto keep your pace up like it is on the DVDS , it’s easy to keep at a comfortable heart rate without someone pushing you.

The containers are well made, and are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are even BPA free, easy to close and seal very well. You can follow 21 Day fix recipes, or easily create your own.
News & I did something different for lunch today. I had oatmeal and blueberries with Greek yogurt and one stevia packet. It was really good! I know it looks bland and weird, but it really tasted good to me. I wish I would've tried this sooner. I would've eaten this the whole time!
I am considering this program as it seems pretty straight forward. I have a concern that we are convenience eaters – both running out the door or eating on the go – and so we tend to eat “bars” since they are easy. The Shakeology seems like it would be hard to do on the go. Also, my husband really doesn’t like to drink his meals!

I know the big push with Beachbody is the constant evolution of new workout programs. I suppose if you are someone who likes to change things up or you need more of a challenge then you will see this more as a pro. For me, I'm like lets get this workout in, I've got laundry to fold and a salad to eat. If you are plateauing or getting bored it is certainly nice to have a lot of fun options to change your workout routine, I just personally didn't get to that point.

Can you define “light dumbbells”? I’m used to Jillian Michaels workouts and she is very clear to say grab a pair of 3 pound weights or 5 pound weights. How are you supposed to know if you’re pushing hard enough without knowing how heavy of weights to use? What do you recommend and what do you think is most popular? I conquered that. I did it to show other nursing moms that they do not have to limit their fitness and nutrition experience because of nursing. I added 500 calories to my diet & skipped “peak week nutrition” and my supply was amazing. I think that speaks volumes about the amount of CLEAN WHOLE FOODS we eat to fuel us in this program.

To be honest with you, these are just too random for me.
