Chill with all the dang sweaty selfies!!!  My social media feeds are busting at the seams with the same, dare I say redundant types of images. It doesn't surprise me that as a coach you are being good about doing your workouts.  What I would personally like seeing more of is useful recipes, and before and after pics of other normal non-coach people that I can relate to.  Even feature people you train and share their background stories. I personally find that to be more authentic and motivating.  You do not need to buy the containers, although many people (including me!) like to have them. It kind of becomes a way of life! I also have an on the go schedule and work swing shift hours so eating habits are bad on the go grabbing and grazing. So this program, WW, Nutrasystem all sound wonderful, but they all are too expensive for this single mom of three who works and is attending school full time to just to support myself and kids. Just like this program it says low in cost or reasonably priced. Not for someone like me. I wish there was a way for this stuff to be affordable or have a way to be scholarship-ed for it or something. My health for my kids is also important but don’t have the means for all the stuff that looks amazing in the commercials. USC Just finished the 21 day fix. I am not too far over in the weight department about 12-15 pounds. I bought it for the exercise DVD mostly. I found the program very easy to use and the exercises are great but killer. I had been exercising but obviously not to that extent. I thought oh I can do this, could barely move for four days after the first session. The containers are very helpful with portions and getting that mindset going. I was already eating pretty clean, but needed to stop the pop/soda. After being pretty good on the system, not perfect, because life does happen, I lost 5 pounds. My goal is to loose a total of 12 lbs. I am continuing with the program, I enjoy it and can see changes happening to my body, slowly but surely.
