Each one claims to be better than the next. With so many on the market, it is no wonder consumers seem overwhelmed with choices. Here, we will compare two of the top options for those who want regimented programs that promise to deliver significant weight loss results in a short time. Autumn has each move timed instead of merely doing a certain number of reps.  And it’s crunches baby.  Now you might ask what’s the difference between this and any other workout…a crunch is a crunch right?  Let’s take P90X Ab Ripper as an example.  Many moves are somewhat complex and hard for a complete nube. X2 is even worse for complexity and X3 I found to be not that difficult.  This workout manages to make the moves attainable by someone of below average fitness and yet it can still pulverize someone who does Asylum on a regular basis. I started the plan last June to fit into a size 8 dress for a wedding. I was probably a size 12 at the time. I was 50 and weighed 140. I am now 51 and I weigh 120. I have had to buy new pants and shirts because I went down to a size 6. I did the 2 rounds of the 21 day fix, which got me down to the 120, and since that time, I stick to the meal plan and exercise at least 4 times a week. I don’t do the yoga and pilates, instead I rest on those days. This plan is awesome. I never feel hungry. I highly recommend it.
