I love the fact that 21 Day Fix gives you containers to make portion control easier, but it still takes me hours to figure out an entire day’s meal plan to be sure I balance the containers throughout the day. The point system for WW was easier, especially because by increasing my workouts, I could build up extra points and add in an extra treat — which is how I avoided giving up. But where WW fails is the workouts. 21 Day Fix works all of the muscles. The first few days were brutal, which was proof that my WW workouts were not doing enough. My suggestion is to use the containers for portion control but go ahead and continue with the WW points system. Will this give me any different results? My sister-in-law introduced me to Beachbody. With them, I could lose weight, get in shape and be healthier. I had looked into some other options, but with Beachbody, I like the convenience that I could do the program at home and I could stream it anywhere I was. I also had a great experience purchasing from them as it was easy. I ordered CDs from the T25 and I liked that program. It was only 25 minutes and since I've got two kids and I work full-time, time's always an essence and it helped. Once I've finished the T25, I did Beachbody on Demand so that I could have the whole library. And so far, I'm enjoying it. The challenge groups were fun and this was something that wasn’t in any of the other groups that I looked at. I've also recommended Beachbody to my neighbor and she seems pretty pleased with it too. You can expect to do a work out each day of the week but, since each is only 30 minutes long, it is easy to complete either before work, during your lunch break or in the evening before bed. Throughout the 21 days on the program, you will repeat the DVDs for three weeks.
