Day 48: Legs Enter your Coach ID: This whole "coach" title thing kind of bugs me. Now I am fortunate to know a few people that are coaches that I feel rightfully deserve a coaching title. They have either nutrition degrees, previous athletic coaching experience etc. The reality is with Beachbody anyone can sign up to be a coach because you are really just helping to inspire, motivate and guide others via products/programs you are passionate about. The issue though is this is a health program. Can gyms hire personal trainers without fitness certifications? I mean clearly the Beachbody company has legal disclosures, clearance, etc. but to me I just don't like the use of the word "coach". I believe there are a lot of amazing coaches out there and if you are going to go with a Beachbody program I think you should really choose a coach who is knowledgeable and is right for you.
Shady company Yes that’s correct. For a 2300 calorie target, following the 21 day fix eating plan, you should have 6 greens, 4 purples, 6 reds and 5 yellows per day. Does it seem a lot ? Have you tried ? If you feel like you don’t need all that, recheck your calorie intake or simple remove a few yellows and reds as greens and purple will not be a problem for your weight loss goals. Remember you’ll also be doing the 21 day fix workouts every day. Hope I’ve helped. Have a great day.

These are great to help you stay on track both nutritionally and from a fitness standpoint.
(Week prior to challenge start date) Legit– this program works!! Loving the results and it makes me even more motivated to continue on!! Really pleased with this item. Arrived nice and quickly and in great condition. Bit unsure how to use the pots so will have another good read. The workout DVD's are great and very enjoyable.

I never felt hungry, probably because I was eating all whole foods rather than processed stuff. The plan recommends eating extra protein or more veggies if you’re hungry so on days I felt hungry that’s what I did.

Autumn really recommends getting in all your containers each day so I would try to do so BUT if your mom is really full and is eating at least eating some portion of the containers for dinner, it should be okay. I wouldn’t recommend overstuffing yourself but I also wouldn’t recommend completely skipping containers. Hope that helps! 🙂

Autumn’s BOD Exclusives P90X DVD Workout - Base Kit 5,460 views If I rewind back, I purchased a Beachbody workout program in January 2016 and chose not to OPT OUT of the automatic 30 day free trial of their streaming video service. I don't like the practice of forcing people to go through the hassle of contacting a company to opt out of an automatic subscription but I DID want to trial the streaming service on this occasion. Unfortunately, within those 30 days, I sustained a foot and ankle injury and could not continue using Beachbody to exercise. The first thing I did was to call up my bank to cancel any further payments. However they informed me that there were no Direct Debits or Standing Orders set up to Beachbody - the standard way businesses/customers set up regular payments. The bank therefore couldn't control any future subscription payments to Beachbody. I then called Beachbody (on their 0121 customer service number) in Feb 2016, still within the free 30 day trial period to cancel. I explained to the Beachbody agent on the phone my reason for wanting to cancel when she asked and she assured me that she had cancelled the subscription and confirmed that nothing more needed to be done. As far as I was concerned, that was the end of my relationship with Beachbody. Although I do recall calling them up again towards the end of last year (2016) to double-check that I was no longer an active customer paying for anything. I had moved house and was calling everyone up to update my contact details. Again, I was assured that my subscription had been cancelled.

Hi Kim, In my opinion coconut sugar is not a good alternative to table sugar, it is very similar. It contains about the same amount of fructose gram for gram. Nuts and seeds should be unsalted, avoid salt whenever possible. Frozen vegetables are fine. Bethany

I’m not a big eater, I usually only eat a boneless skinless chicken breast and maybe a veggie early evening, nothing else during the day… If I do crave a carb it’s brown rice with breast instead of veggie,, So at this point I don’t even take in the 981 calories.. You think I should not mess with the containers and just do the DVD’s since I want to gain more muscle and not weight.
