Just a note…if you do this program, there is a workout move called ‘Surrenders’ on the Total Body Cardio (which is the Monday workout). I have to hold on to the sides of the chair cushion while doing this move but even WITH the chair…it’s a bit hard. For me, the first week I gave it all I had and couldn’t walk for three days after. Bethany My obsession with home workouts began in high school. Before then, growing up, I’d describe myself as a sedentary bookworm. I'm sure some of you reading this can relate: I dreaded PE class, lurked in the back of the line when we were forming teams for kickball, “The Mile” was the worst day in my life every year, and PE was always the lowest grade on my report card, an A- or (gasp!) B blemishing my otherwise perfect line up of straight A’s across the board.
