Living your life eating out of a coloured container seems terribly restricting unless you’re Autumn and need to in order to well…wear bikini’s for the camera. If you know how to eat well and understand that bacon is NOT real food, you will graduate from 21 Day Fix very quickly. If this is you, yet you still need a program that lasts only 30 minutes a day then I suggest starting with a more advanced program like P90X3 or one of my favorites, Focus T25.

7 Workouts on 2 DVDs Unless I missed it. My question is is one set of containers filled supposed to be your full day or just 1 meal. An interesting thing happened today. I had my reflexology appointment and my reflexologist got to a certain part of my foot and I nearly went through the roof. Normally I'm very tender in specific areas that are ongoing issues for me, but today it was in a place that is never tender. I asked her what part of the body that painful spot represented. She told me it was the liver. She said my liver was very agitated and working overtime. Well guess what, folks? The liver is what detoxifies our bodies. When we're detoxing, the liver is the main player. So this news really excited me because it proved to me that my body is in fact working hard at removing all of the gunk and sludge from my system! As for meals and supplements, everything is going pretty smoothly. I was still emotional today though. So not like me.

November 2011 Jules Hello! A few people i know are doing this which got me looking into it. I think a lot of people have trouble with portion control (myself included) but I think I generally have a decent grasp on what’s healthy and what’s not. I currently follow a mostly gluten free diet and i do crossfit 5x a week with usually 1/2 hr extra lifting/small workouts as well. Whatever your opinion on crossfit, i’m just wondering if you think this plan would work out for me if I follow the food but don’t follow the workouts and just stick with what i do now? I think my biggest problem area is my stomach, I would say that I’m mostly muscle everywhere else, but there’s always somewhere where we can lose, right! Thank you for your opinon and advice, I appreciate it!

I can tell you that the nutrition plan follows the portion fix containers for measurements but it is totally different than the 21 day fix or other Beachbody programs. You are eating at specific times of the day and you have a pre and post workout meal. You can keep it basic and follow the meal plan or you can get fancy with your recipes. I honestly prefer to keep it as simple as possible. I replace 1 meal or snack a day with Shakeology and I use the Beachbody Performance Line every single day. I use the Energize pre workout, the hydrate during my workout, recovery post workout and recharge 30 minutes before bed at night. It truly is my saving grace. I will say that it is worth every single penny of investment. I will be going into more detail with the meal plan in the next few weeks. The best part about the whole program is that you get to have a refeed day in which you get to have more carbs to refuel and jolt your body back into results. The first refeed happened at week 6!

There are plenty of recipes out there if you want to get creative but I found that keeping things simple made it easier to make sure I was eating the right size portions. We grilled out a lot and I steamed, grilled or roasted lots of veggies. I’d make extra so I had plenty for lunches throughout the week. I also ate a lot of salads and made a few simple recipes like this tempeh and kale.

Hi there Brittany…I’m 46 and I am currently doing T25 and have changed my eating habits for the better. While comparing the two programs I noticed that the 21 Day Fix workouts seem more intense. I left the Army at age 36 for family reasons after 16 years and am looking to go back in to finish my time. At 46 I have some weight to lose and wondered which of the two workouts would help me to better achieve my goal. I weighed 279 January 1st when I started T25 and currently weigh 251. I am trying to get down to 225 and wondered if the the 21 Day Fix workout would help better. Any advice would definitely be greatly appreciated.
