First I have to share something. Loren was super fit before starting this program. He could have easily just cheered me on from the sidelines. He could have just loosely followed the workout calendar or meal plan. But instead – he was 200% in with me. As if HE was the one with weight to lose in order to get healthy again. Hi! I really enjoyed reading your review. I ordered the 21 day fix earlier today and I’m super excited for it to arrive. I have a question I’m not sure if you’ll be able to help me with in regards to a good meal schedule. I work night shift (7pm-7am) on the nights I work my meal schedule tends to change. Although I would like to believe I could eat dinner before I came to work and not eat again until breakfast I’m not sure if thats very realistic- at least right now. Any tips/suggestions on a good schedule for the nights I work?

After a couple of weeks of following the fix you will become very good at knowing how much of different foods you should be eating by sight.
There are a few days within the 80 day experience called Refeed days (which is essentially where you give your body simple carbs to Back in my obsessed days, I used to equate carbs to BAD or EVIL foods. And I legit stopped eating carbs for 2 years. Reason # 1939474 why I love this program? It’s SO scientifically based & incorporates refeed days because when you’re working your muscles that much, they need the extra energy. Specifically, it needs GLYCOGEN to help rebuild yo muscles (I get a bit nerdy about this shiz you guys). I usually stick to more complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice & quinoa or chickpeas because my skin and body operates at its peak without gluten & simple carbs can often cause inflammation BUT every freaking once and a while, it’s so key for your body.

People who want to learn more than just basic exercise moves. The 80 Day Obsession workouts are 30–60 minutes in length, with most averaging 45–60 minutes. You’ll work out 6 days a week, with one rest day (Sunday). Because of this schedule, the 80 workouts are spread over 13 weeks. Rest days are not counted as part of the 80 days.
