One Purple—Fruit Hi there! I just started the 21 day fix but I haven’t totally committed financially so I am trying to research as much as I can. A friend of mine just lent me the videos and I understand the portions and their measurements – but will likely buy the containers for ease of reference. My question is – I eat whole foods regularly and I really don’t have weight to lose, just toning and to be feel stronger…so I am wondering if you know of any sites that sell or would you recommend meal plans already done up for my caloric level (1200) to jumpstart me? I spent about 30 minutes today hungry and trying to figure out what to eat – how much to eat and how to divide up my container allowances throughout the day. Any advice etc would be so appreciated…just not sure how to meal plan quite yet on this program. Thank you.

Right now I’m stuck at a plateau! About 2 years ago I lost 30 pounds on my own changing my diet, eating strictly gluten free and semi grain free, and working out 3-4 days a week. I have maintained and stuck to the same regiment, however added kickboxing and some FB challenges from beachbody coaches. I just cannot get over this plateau hump and lose the last 20. I’m going to order the 21df next week in hopes that it will push me over. I have tried adding more calories, but I feel like I can’t eat any more! Any suggestions?

LegerWeb Review: Is This A Legit Survey Site or A Scam? For every product BB sells, it's a given they have a high return. The product I bought was $200. I knew that if I bought each item individually in local stores, I would only spend 1/4 of the cost. But the cost is what makes me motivated to complete the program so I was fine with it. However, BB does not have low-cost shipping. The cheapest shipping they offer is for $15 and that's with FedEx SmartPost. I've never had an order shipped with SmartPost but google it first everyone. Trust me!!! I can't believe for such HIGH shipping costs, they would use the cheapest and slowest service FedEx has to offer.
I’m a week into the 21 Day Fix and I actually gained a pound. I like the containers, they’re easy enough to manage and they definitely let you feel full. With all of the reviews saying how quickly everyone lost weight I’m just a little confused. I follow the meal plan exactly, no shortcuts. I’ve done the full work out everyday. Yet I gained a pound? Is there something I’m missing here? Since it’s only been a week, I’ll certainly finish the program because a week isn’t exactly long enough to make an informed decision but I’m just a little discouraged considering I haven’t cheated at all.
Hi Pam, The 21 Day Fix is based around whole foods so there is a lot of overlap in the diet plan and what is recommended for diabetics. But, you of course will want to consult with your physician before beginning to make sure you balance your blood glucose levels.

I put my back out in cross fit doing dead lifts, but it was due to me personally caring more about reps than form. After that I began an overhaul of my form on every move I do. It was amazing in the changes it made. Not just my risk of injury substantially lowered, but my results became more profound.
